  • International: 7-20 business days
    Please note that these are estimated times, and delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us at hello@meerstore.com.au or via text or call on 0435 764 047 within 3 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Yes! Our clothing is made with high-quality, breathable materials, free from polyester and harsh chemicals, making them safe for even the most sensitive skin.

Q: How should I care for my Meer items?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend:

  • Line drying or tumble drying on low

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Q: Are your clothes sustainably made?
We’re committed to creating beautiful, high-quality pieces with minimal impact on the environment. Many of our products are made using organic or recycled materials, and we work with ethical manufacturers.

Q: What steps are you taking to reduce waste?
Our packaging is eco-friendly, and we encourage our community to recycle or repurpose it. Additionally, we produce small-batch collections to minimize overproduction.


Pre-orders

Q: Why does an item say pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to secure items before they officially arrive. This ensures you don’t miss out, as some of our pieces are limited in stock and high in demand.

Q: When will my pre-order arrive?

Estimated arrival times for pre-order items are provided on the product page. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to production or shipping issues. We will keep you updated if there are any changes.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are made specifically for you. The only exception is if the shipping time is pushed back beyond the original estimated timeframe. In such cases, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

Q: Will my in-stock items ship separately?

If you purchase in-stock items along with a pre-order item, your order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Q: What if I need to update my shipping details?

If your address changes before your pre-order ships, please contact us at hello@meerstore.com.au or via text or call on 0435 764 047 as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you in updating your details.

Q: What happens if there’s a delay?

We aim to fulfill all pre-orders within the specified timeframe. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you immediately and keep you informed with updated timelines.
